The spring breeze is warm and everything is new. It is a good time to relax and go out together. In order to enhance team awareness and team cohesion, Ztelecgroup specially organized a spring team-building activity.

Group Activities

With a crisp whistle, the camp instantly turned into a fierce competition arena. In each project, the team members worked together. Each project is a double test of wisdom and physical strength. Every challenge condenses the wisdom and sweat of the team. Everyone went all out for the honor of the team, and used practical actions to interpret the spirit of unity, hard work and never giving up.

Afternoon Time

After lunch, the sun shines through the branches and leaves. People gather in groups of two or three, either on the lawn under the shade of the trees or in the rest area to relax after the activities. Everyone reminisces about the food, shares the fun things in the morning, and spends a pleasant lunch break in laughter.

Little Guards

At the event site, there was a little guard team composed of employees’ children. They were responsible for maintaining order and reminding safety. Their young faces were filled with seriousness and pride, and their eyes were shining with the light of protection.

Game Time

Another whistle sounded, and the exciting game time began! In the “Invincible Hot Wheels” project, the team members used their hands and feet to push the giant track forward; in the “Speed 60 Seconds”, everyone raced against time to decipher the code; the tug-of-war competition was even more intense, and both teams tried their best and not gave in to each other. Each competition was a contest of wisdom and strength, and the whole camp was filled with laughter.

Champion Team

The team-building activity is coming to an end. At the closing ceremony, everyone gave warm applause and heartfelt congratulations to the champion team that performed well in various activities. Everyone embarked on the return journey with full gains and memories.

This spring team-building activity not only allowed employees to get close to nature and relax their bodies and minds, but more importantly, it enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. In various activities, everyone cooperated and supported each other, deepening the understanding and trust between each other. I believe that in the future work, all employees will meet new challenges with greater enthusiasm and a more united attitude, and jointly write a new chapter in the development of the company!
