Founded in 1958, Xujue Electrical Co., Ltd. (Formerly the State-owned Xuchang Insulating Materials Factory) is one of China’s key manufacturers of electrical insulation materials. Following the restructuring and reform of state-owned enterprises, the company was reorganized into a modern joint-stock enterprise and is now affiliated with Ztelec Group.
Our Factory covers an area of 46,000 square meters and has an annual production capacity of over 30,000 tons. Its products rank among the top three in market share within China, while its specialty insulation materials hold a leading position in the industry.
Our production lines&Certification
Xujue Electrical operates advanced automated and intelligent manufacturing workshops, including laminated insulation materials production lines, winding tube production lines, composite insulation material production lines, laminated wood production lines,Insulation paper processing production line, polyimide film production lines, and ETFE film production lines. These facilities enable the company to provide diversified, high-performance insulation material solutions to customers worldwide.
The factory has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certifications, as well as multiple internationally recognized certifications, including EN45545 railway transportation certification, IATF16949 certification for the new energy vehicle industry, and UL-E318071 Class H insulation system certification for motors and transformers.
Research and Patents
The company has established four provincial-level R&D platforms and one insulation materials research institute. It owns 48 national patents and has participated in the formulation of 6 national standards and 2 military product standards. Xujue Electrical has been recognized as a National “Specialized and Sophisticated” Enterprise and a National High-Tech Enterprise. In addition, the company maintains long-term cooperation with renowned research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beihang University, jointly undertaking a number of major scientific research projects.
