AHA Insulation paper

AHA insulation paper is a high-performance, flexible three-layer composite insulating material. It is mainly composed of two layers of aramid paper and a middle layer of polyimide film, laminated together with high-temperature-resistant adhesive.
It combines excellent thermal resistance, outstanding mechanical strength (tensile and tear resistance), and superior dielectric properties, making it an ideal choice for high-temperature motors, as well as slot and phase insulation in transformers.

Thermal Class:Generally rated as Class H (180°C) or even Class N (200°C), maintaining stable electrical properties in high-temperature environments.

Mechanical Properties:Offers outstanding tensile strength and edge tear resistance. Its smooth surface makes it suitable for automatic coil insertion processes in motor manufacturing without easy damage.

Electrical Properties:The PI film grants the material high dielectric strength, ensuring it remains un-punctured under high voltage or complex electrical stress.
