Phenolic Paper Laminated sheet

Phenolic paper laminated sheet  (phenolic paperboard, bakelite) is made by hot-pressing cellulose fiber paper impregnated with phenolic resin. This product exhibits excellent mechanical and dielectric properties and can be processed into various insulating components. It is widely used as an insulating component in electronics, circuit boards, distribution cabinets, motors, transformers, machinery, and electrical equipment.

Applications of Phenolic Paper Laminate

PFCP201 phenolic paper laminate has superior mechanical properties to other PFCP types, but its electrical properties are poor under normal humidity. It is suitable for hot stamping, mechanical applications, and as insulation components in low-voltage electrical equipment. PFCP202 phenolic paper laminate has high electrical strength in oil and good electrical strength in humid air, making it suitable for industrial frequency high voltage applications.

PFCP203 phenolic paper laminate has excellent electrical properties at normal humidity and is suitable for hot stamping, mechanical, and electrical applications.

PFCP206 phenolic paper laminate has excellent electrical performance in high humidity environments and, due to its low dielectric loss factor, is suitable for high-frequency isolation and hot stamping.

PFCP207 phenolic paper laminate is similar to PFCP201, but has improved punching characteristics at lower temperatures.

PFCP208 phenolic paper laminate has excellent electrical performance in high humidity environments and is suitable for hot stamping. It is similar to PFCP206 but has specified flammability.

3021 phenolic paper laminate is suitable for insulating structural components in motors and electrical equipment with high mechanical performance requirements and can be used in transformer oil.

3021B and 3021C phenolic paper laminates are similar to 3021, but have lower performance. 3021TG phenolic paper laminate has high mechanical strength and good machinability. It is suitable for making test boards, jigs, and bakelite in the electronics and electrical industries.
