ESD FR4 epoxy sheet is a “functional upgrade” of the standard FR4 epoxy sheet. Through special process modifications, it retains all the excellent properties of standard FR4 (such as high mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and heat resistance) while adding the core function of Static Dissipative (ESD) capability.
