EPGC308 epoxy sheet is a laminate made of epoxy resin as a matrix and glass cloth as a reinforcement, produced through heat pressing under high temperature and high pressure. This material complies with IEC 60893 and is a Class H insulation material (heat resistance rating 180°C).

Selection Based on Operating Temperature
EPGC308 is H Class-A insulation (180°C). This model is preferred for applications with long-term temperatures of 150–180°C.
Select Based on Electrical Performance
Suitable for applications requiring high dielectric strength and low dielectric loss, such as high-voltage motors, generators, and large electrical equipment.
Select Based on Mechanical Strength
If components must withstand significant mechanical stress or vibration, EPGC308 offers superior bending and impact resistance, making it suitable for support components and fasteners.

Consider the Cost-Performance Balance
If only moderate heat resistance (e.g., 130–155°C) is required, more economical models such as EPGC202 and EPGC204 are recommended.
If the components are exposed to long-term high temperatures and high electrical stress, EPGC308 is the preferred choice.
