AMA insulation material is a kind of soft composite material, which is a three-layer insulating paper made of polyester film coated with adhesive and bonded with two-sided aramid paper. Use F-grade glue, which combines the excellent high temperature resistance of aramid paper, good mechanical toughness and good dielectric strength of polyester film

The AMA insulation paper has excellent heat-resistant, electrical, and mechanical properties. The performance is totally according with the standard of NMN(GB/T5591.3-2008), The price is cheaper than NMN insulation paper.  It’s perfect substitute of NMN.

Application Areas

With high Anti-overload ability, this material is suitable for all occasions that require sheet-type electrical insulation materials. It can be used for interturn insulation, layer insulation, and end insulation in various transformers, as well as slot insulation, interturn insulation, phase insulation, and gasket insulation in various motors and generators. In addition, it also finds wide applications in the fields of batteries, circuit boards, switches, and other electronic appliances.

Storage advice

1. Store in a dry and clean room at room temperature.
2. Do not approach the source of fire, heating and direct sunlight.
3. The storage period is generally 12 months. If the storage period exceeds, it can still be used after passing the inspection according to the technical standards.
