Product Introduction

3240 Epoxy Fiberglass Sheet is a product made by impregnating epoxy resin matrix onto electronic-grade alkali-free glass fiber cloth and processed through heat pressing. This product meets the requirements of IEC60893-2004 and GB/T 1303.4-2009 standards.

It has high mechanical strength and dielectric properties, and has excellent mechanical performance. It maintains relatively high mechanical strength at medium temperatures and exhibits good stability in electrical performance under high humidity conditions.

Application of 3240 epoxy sheet in motor

1. Motor slot wedge (slot wedge plate)
Function: used to fix the winding coil of the motor stator or rotor to prevent it from shifting under the action of electromagnetic force or vibration.
Advantages: high mechanical strength, wear resistance, long-term stability and good insulation performance, can withstand high temperatures during motor operation (usually temperature resistance grade is B or F, about 130°C~155°C).
2. Motor phase insulation and interlayer insulation
Application: In multi-phase motors, isolate windings of different phases to avoid phase short circuit.
3. Motor insulation gaskets and partitions
Application scenarios: insulation isolation between stator and rotor, insulation protection between winding coil and iron core, insulation support of different potential components inside the motor.
4. Motor winding end support
Function: used to fix the end of the motor winding to prevent deformation of the winding due to vibration or centrifugal force.
5. DC motor commutator insulation
As the insulating support material between commutator segments in DC motors, it has good corona resistance and can withstand high-frequency pulse voltage during commutation.
6. Sealing and packaging
Application: used for sealing insulation of motor junction boxes, end covers, etc., or as a packaging substrate for electronic components.
7. Other special applications
Sensor mounting plate: used to install temperature, vibration and other sensors, providing insulation and mechanical support.
High-frequency motor: In variable-frequency motors or high-frequency motors, it can be used to suppress high-frequency electromagnetic interference due to its low dielectric loss characteristics.
