In October 2023, we received an urgent order from a customer in the United Arab Emirates, requiring a batch of electrically insulating epoxy boards. We recommended g10 epoxy board to the customer based on his needs.

G10 is a laminate named after the NEMA standard, also known as IEC’s epgc203. It is an epoxy fiberglass laminate. It can reach the highest temperature resistance level of H grade, but the biggest difference between it and its brother fr4 board is: it is not flame retardant! However, it has excellent performance in areas such as insulation, water resistance, and corrosion resistance. G10 can meet the requirements of high temperature resistance, insulation, waterproofing, leakage and corrosion resistance required by batteries. So the customer ordered this material from us.

The colors of G10 insulation board include green, black, yellow, and special customized colors such as red and blue.
G10 epoxy board application: used as insulating structural parts in motors and electrical equipment, such as circuit breakers, switch cabinets, transformers, DC motors, AC contactors, explosion-proof electrical appliances and other electrical appliances. G11 epoxy board application: used as insulating structural parts in motors and electrical equipment, can be used in humid environments and transformer oil, high-voltage switch cabinets, high-voltage switches, etc.
