　　Bakelite sheet and Epoxy board are both common insulating materials. Let's take a look at the two products first.

　　Bakelite sheet is made of high-quality bleached wood building paper and lint paper as reinforcement, and phenolic resin made from high-purity, fully synthetic petrochemical raw materials is added as resin binder. The toughness of the epoxy resin board is not high, the elasticity is poor, and it is brittle and hard. It cannot be used as a bow arm. The strength of the epoxy resin board is much higher than that of the bakelite board.

　　Epoxy board is simply a glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin board. Due to the different selection of curing agents, the epoxy resin system can be cured almost in the temperature range of 0 to 180 °C. The curing is very convenient. The reaction of the curing agent is carried out by direct addition reaction or ring-opening polymerization of epoxy groups in the resin molecule, without the release of water or other volatile by-products. Compared with unsaturated polyester resins and phenolic resins, they show very low shrinkage (less than 2%) during curing.
