The aromatic nucleus structure and high-crossing link density characteristic have good heat-resistance after phenolic resin solidification. Although under high temperature, it could keep its wholeness structure and stable size. The phenolic resin is stable under 200°C。It could long-term use under 180°C.
The phenolic resin has an important role as adhesives. The adhesives of phenolic resin depends on macromolecular structure polar group. It could not add fire retardant. Phenolic resin has good insulationg property who could mix with any reinforcing material. It is equipped with high compression strength to make into circuit board. Different reinforcing material could meet different circuit board.
