Amorphous alloy dry type transformer is a transformer produced with new energy-saving materials as its structure. We have summarized the meaning of the alphanumeric numbers of this series of products.

       Amorphous alloy, as a kind of super quenching technology, radiates liquid condensate such as iron, cobalt, boron, silicon, etc. onto a high-speed chassis and cools down rapidly to form a thin strip of 0.02mm-0.04mm. It has excellent soft magnetic properties, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high electrical resistivity. SCBH15 series amorphous alloy dry-type transformers are contemporary and better energy-saving dry-type transformers.

  The no-load loss of SCBH15 series amorphous alloy dry type transformers is 75% lower than GB/T10228 Table 4, and the load loss is 15% lower than GB/T10228 Table 4; it has maintenance-free, heat-resistant, fire-proof, explosion-proof, and small partial discharge. The heat dissipation ability is strong and other characteristics, but all places where ordinary dry type transformers are used (including airports, stations, urban subways, high-rise buildings and power plants, etc.) can be replaced by amorphous alloy dry-type transformers, which can be placed in the load center and comply with high density Load the demand of modern big cities. The high-voltage coil is wound with H-class high-strength enameled wire, and the low-voltage is wound with copper foil, and is vacuum pressure cast. The iron core is rolled from amorphous alloy strip. It has a rectangular section, four frames and five-column structure, and a bypass flow is zero. Sequence magnetic flux is strong against short circuit.

        The meanings of the letters and numbers in the SCBH-800KVA amorphous alloy dry type transformer are as follows:

  "S" means three-phase transformer;

  "C" means resin casting type;

  "B" means low voltage foil coil;

  "H" means amorphous alloy iron core;

  "15" represents the code of performance level;

  "800" means that the rated capacity is 800KVA;

  "10" means that the high voltage coil voltage level is 10KV.
