Epoxy tubes are commonly used materials in electrical equipment, mainly used as insulation structures. Epoxy tubes can be used in humid environments and transformer oil. It is one of the indispensable parts in the production of electrical equipment. Next, I will introduce the application characteristics of epoxy tubes in detail.

The first is strong adhesion. Epoxy tube has good adhesion to various substances. This is because the epoxy resin used in the epoxy tube has low shrinkage when cured, and the internal stress generated is also relatively small, which is also conducive to improving its overall adhesion strength.

The second is diverse forms. The various resins, curing agents, and modifier systems of epoxy tubes can almost adapt to the requirements of various applications, and the range can also range from extremely low viscosity to high melting point solids.

The third is good mechanical properties. The cured epoxy resin has very good mechanical properties.

The shrinkage of the fourth epoxy tube is also low. The reaction between the epoxy resin and the curing agent used is carried out by direct addition reaction or ring-opening polymerization reaction of epoxy groups in the resin molecule, and no water or other volatile by-products are released. Compared with unsaturated polyester resins and phenolic resins, it shows very low shrinkage during curing.

The fifth is easy curing. Choosing a variety of different curing agents, the epoxy resin system of the epoxy tube can basically be cured in the temperature range of 0-180°C.
