1. Drilling

This is a common processing method in PCB circuit board factories. Whether it is PCB test fixtures or PCB post-processing, it will go through "drilling". Larger PCB factories usually set up their own drilling rooms, and the drilling rooms are usually more closely related to fixtures. The job of drilling a house is not easy, but it is relatively free. Usually the consumables and equipment used in the drilling room are special drilling rigs, drill nozzles, rubber particles, wooden backing plates, aluminum backing plates, etc.

2. Computer Gong

Generally speaking, computer gongs are CNC or numerical control, and there are also so-called machining centers. In fact, they all mean the same thing. The function of the computer gong is just good. This surface is divided into plane and inclined surface (or called curved surface). There are relatively many inclined planes; flat computer gongs have a wider range, such as insulating gaskets, insulating rods and other small processing parts that use computer gongs to process epoxy resin boards. The characteristics of computer gong penetration are flexible, fast, and powerful, and it is a commonly used processing method at present.

3. Slitting

This is a common processing method in the market, and most stores have a cutting machine to cut the plates. And this is usually rough, and the tolerance can be controlled within 5mm.

4. Milling machine/lathe

Products processed by this processing method are usually products such as parts. Because milling machines and lathes are mostly used for processing hardware parts. However, the slow processing speed of ordinary milling machines and lathes is a characteristic. These two equipments are essential for making jigs. If processing thick epoxy resin boards, milling machines and lathes are the best choice.
