In order to promote the trial operation of the 10KV open-type dry-type transformer hanging net and improve the reliability of dry-type transformer operation, the State Grid Department organized a 10KV open-type dry-type transformer technical specification seminar in Beijing on April 19. State Grid Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian Power, NARI Group Shanghai CITIC Electric Co., Ltd., Shandong Electric Power, China Electric Power Research Institute, State Grid Economic Research Institute, DuPont China Group Co., Ltd., etc. The relevant unit technicians attended the meeting. The meeting heard DuPont's technical report on the open three-dimensional core dry distribution transformer based on DuPont NOMEX insulation system, reviewed the technical specification of 10KV open dry type transformer, clarified the pilot unit, and deployed the follow-up work. The minutes are as follows:
1. The open-type three-dimensional core dry distribution transformer based on DuPont NOMEX insulation system is convenient in insulation performance, no-load loss, noise level, etc., compared with the traditional use of epoxy resin insulation and laminated core structure dry change. Technical advantages.
2. Before May 10, the Chinese Academy of Electric Power will take the lead and organize experts to improve the technical specifications and dry-change material sequences according to the revised opinions proposed by the meeting and include them in the demonstration catalogue.
3. The meeting clarified that the State Grid Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, and Fujian Electric Power are open-type three-dimensional coil core dry distribution transformer pilot units. Before July 30, the number of applications for each pilot unit should be no less than 100 units. After the application of the pilot units in the next year, the relevant guidance will be further clarified.
