In applied research, according to the needs of the factory, we need to adopt the working style of "walking on two legs", doing advanced research on the one hand, and on the other hand, doing some short term rapid research projects according to the pressing needs of the factory.
The most important aspect of the development of special paper is that the product or industry can be used for other materials, such as paper replacing plastic. We have done a lot of work in this area. Let’s imagine to extend the industrial chain from paper and cardboard to high-end physical materials to produce paper ultrafiltration membrane and permeable membrane; to produce paper yarn for textile industry; to use paper materials to process into fabrics similar to cloth structures to replace cloth. If we can do these, special paper industry has a great space for development.
