3025, 3026, 3027, 3028 bakelite phenolic laminated cotton cloth board:
3025 bakelite phenolic laminated cotton cloth board is made of cotton cloth (rough) soaked with phenolic resin by hot pressing. It has high mechanical properties, especially high adhesive strength. It can be used as insulating structural parts in machinery, motor and electrical equipment, and in transformer oil.
3026 board is made of cotton cloth (fine) soaked with phenolic resin by hot pressing. The product has high mechanical properties, and is suitable for the rotating anti vibration and wear-resistant parts of mechanical equipment.
3027 board is made of cotton cloth (rough) soaked with phenolic resin by hot pressing. The product has high mechanical properties and is suitable for insulating structural parts in machinery, motor and electrical equipment, and can be used in transformer oil. The electrical performance is better than that of 3025 board.
3028 board is made of cotton cloth (fine) soaked with phenolic resin by hot pressing. The mechanical property of the product is the same as 3026, but the electrical property is better than 3026. It can be used as small parts.
The insulation and heat resistance of this series of products are class E (120 ℃).
Experimental method of bakelite phenolic laminated cotton cloth board :
(1) appearance measurement: observe and evaluate with eyes.
(2) density measurement: according to method a of GB / t1033.
(3) determination of other items: in accordance with GB / t5130.
Application tips of bakelite phenolic laminated cotton cloth board:
(1) the properties of laminate and metal are different, and the processing shall be carried out in accordance with JB / z141 mechanical processing method of insulating laminate products.
(2) due to the small thermal conductivity, the laminate should be machined with small feed and high cutting speed.
(3) the laminate is easy to absorb moisture after processing. It is better to dip the insulating paint for moisture-proof treatment.
(4) a large amount of dust and odor are easy to be produced during the mechanical processing of laminated plates, so ventilation and dust removal and workers' labor protection or dust collection devices should be strengthened.
Matters needing attention of bakelite phenolic laminated cotton cloth board:
(1) the product has high moisture absorption and should be stored in a dry and well ventilated environment during storage.
(2) if the product is damp during storage and machining, it shall be baked at low temperature.
(3) the product shall be stored for one year, and it can still be used after passing the inspection.
