On October 31, 2014, ZTELEC submitted a patent application for a new military insulating tube manufacturing process to the China Patent Office, which was approved in October 2016.
ZTELEC's engineers found a high rate of residual products and insufficient use of raw materials. After six months of exploration, a new manufacturing process was developed. Using this process to produce transformer insulation tubes, the product residual rate is reduced and the raw material usage rate is increased.
