Description of G11 Epoxy Glassfiber Cloth Sheet EPGC306:
Using non-alkali glass fiber cloth, impregnated with epoxy resin by hot pressing. It has high mechanical and electrical properties, good heat resistance and humidity resistance. Products are widely used in mechanical, electronic, electrical equipment, insulation parts and components.
EPGC202/203/204/306/308 apply 7628 glass fiber cloth and imported epoxy resin, it has higher mechanical properties, electrical properties, high thermal mechanical strength.
Application Characteristics of G11 Epoxy Glassfiber Cloth Sheet EPGC306:
1: The form is diverse. A variety of resins, curing agents, and modifier systems can be adapted to almost any application's requirements on form, and can range from extremely low viscosity to high melting solids;
2: Easy curing. Selecting various curing agents, the epoxy resin system can be cured in the temperature range of 0 to 180;
3: Strong adhesion. The presence of polar hydroxyl and ether bonds inherent in the molecular chain of epoxy resins makes them highly adherent to various substances. Epoxy resin has low shrinkage when cured, and low internal stress, which also helps improve adhesion strength;
4: Low shrinkage. The reaction between the epoxy resin and the curing agent used is carried out through a direct addition reaction or a ring-opening polymerization reaction of epoxy groups in the resin molecule, "no water or other volatile by-products are released. Compared with unsaturated polyester resins and phenolic resins, they show very low shrinkage (less than 2%) during curing;
